Leadership Strategies  Required to Triumph over Healthcare’s Most Formidable Challenges

Resilience. Agility. Integrity. Communication. Loyalty. Decisiveness. Humility. Experts have relied on these terms to describe the essence of leadership. Now, leadership traits also include authenticity, open-mindedness, cultural fit and the power of influence. CEOs must develop the leadership traits and style that will ensure success in value-based care, digital transformation, population health and consumerism.

Join us as a panel of celebrated CEOs discuss the leadership traits that sustained their career success and how they envision the future of healthcare leadership.

The issues we’ll cover in this panel discussion include:

  • Why is C-Suite integrity more important than ever?

  • What brand of leadership is required to succeed in an environment dominated by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity?

  • How do CEOs create a compelling vision and engage stakeholders around it?

  • Where can CEOs perfect advanced thinking skills to cope with healthcare’s many challenges?

  • How can organizations develop C-Suite bench strength and implement effective succession planning initiatives

  • How will the healthcare CEO of the future vary from the healthcare CEO of today?
