Leading through Turbulent Times: Moving from Volume to Value

Five percent of the population accounts for half of all healthcare costs, according to the Department of Health and Human Services. Enter value-based care, a model that puts the focus on quality and quality of life, rather than the quantity of services delivered.

Value-based care pays for treatments that enhance an individual’s care outcomes and care experience at a lower cost. Discover how payers and providers are transforming care via breakthrough value-based care models.

What you’ll discover about the promise and business opportunity of value-based care:

  • Build the kind of value-based offerings that healthcare consumers need and want

  • Develop balanced joint ventures where each party has a significant financial interest

  • Establish accountabilities for tracking and assessing outcomes

  • Transform clinical experiences, making care more seamless, accessible and affordable for consumers
