Safety Guidelines

​

Like every other group planning an in-person event, the Modern Healthcare team is focused on creating a safe and engaging experience for you and your fellow healthcare executives at the Best Places to Work in Healthcare Gala.

​

As part of our commitment to the safety at the Best Places to Work Gala, all attendees must provide proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test (performed within 72 hours of event) before checking in for the event.

​

Health Pass by CLEAR

Modern Healthcare will be using Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the CLEAR mobile app. Download CLEAR for free and complete the one-time enrollment process to create your profile and upload your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to comply with entry requirements.

 

Step 1 (at least 24 hours prior to the event): Download and enroll in CLEAR

1. Download the CLEAR app for Android or iOS and tap on the white Health Pass tile.

   1. Select “Have a Code?” and enter the code: EFATTENDEE13

2. Tap “Get Started” to create your CLEAR member account

   1. New to CLEAR? When prompted, enter your email address, phone number, and have your government-issued photo ID ready to complete enrollment.

   2. Already a CLEAR member? Use the email address associated with your membership and snap a quick selfie to verify your identity.

3. Continue to follow prompts on the Entry Requirements page to securely confirm your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results (completed within 72 hours of the event). DO NOT COMPLETE THE HEALTH SURVEY AT THIS TIME.

4. Once your vaccination record has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified.

Step 2 (Thursday, before arriving at the event): Complete your Health Pass for faster entry at check-in

1. Open the CLEAR app and tap on the white Your Pass tile.

2. Confirm your identity with a quick selfie and complete the health survey.

3. Tap “Open Health Pass” to get your result and show your QR code to Modern Healthcare check-in staff. Green means you’re good to go!

Additional Safety Measures

Along with enhanced sanitization measures, we are taking additional precautions with conference seating and table locations to ensure proper physical distancing. We have intentionally limited the number of participants to help reduce risk and allow for greater distancing throughout the event. 

 

Masks will be required while indoors unless actively eating or drinking at your assigned table.
